Why isn't AstroPay shown as a payment method in my store?
Verify that the payment method has been activated and saved correctly. If the problem persists, contact support: support@astropay.com
How can I visualize more information about my transactions?
From the AstroPay or BigCommerce dashboard you can get more details about your transactions.
Can I cancel transactions?
From the AstroPay panel you can cancel transactions with your clients when required using the deposit cancellation option.
Is the status of the payment made through AstroPay updated in BigCommerce?
If the payment is in status: pending, approved or canceled, this status will be updated in your store.
Can I stop offering AstroPay as a payment method?
Yes, whenever you want you can uninstall the payment method, simply go to the 'Apps -> My Apps' section, look for the payment method AstroPay and press the 'Uninstall' button. Then, from the same screen you can reinstall if you want to use it again in your BigCommerce store. Also, be sure to disable the offline payment method and remove the script block if it was used in the setup process.
